NOTICE OF EARLY VOTING PRECINCT AND HOURS - GENERAL ELECTION

TO ALL QUALIFIED VOTERS OF THE CITIES OF ADRIAN, HUDSON, MORENCI, TECUMSEH, AND THE TOWNSHIPS OF ADRIAN, BLISSFIELD, CAMBRIDGE, DEERFIELD, DOVER, FRANKLIN, HUDSON, MACON, MADISON, MEDINA, OGDEN, PALMYRA, RAISIN, RIDGEWAY, RIGA, ROLLIN, ROME, SENECA, TECUMSEH, AND WOODSTOCK in THE COUNTY OF LENAWEE, STATE OF MICHIGAN. 

Notice is hereby given according to the Agreement for Election Services between the County of Lenawee and the aforementioned municipalities and under authority granted in Public Act 81 of 2023, that the location of the early voting site for the 2026 Primary Election (with the exception of Clinton Township and Fairfield Township) will be the following:

LENAWEE COUNTY HUMAN SERVICES BUILDING

1040 S. WINTER STREET

ADRIAN, MI 49221

All qualified electors in the aforementioned municipalities have the right to mark a ballot and deposit the ballot in a tabulator beginning the second Saturday before an election and ending the Sunday before the election. Early voting will be available at the early voting site for the following hours:

1. Day 1, Saturday, October 24, 2026: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
2. Day 2, Sunday, October 25, 2026: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
3. Day 3, Monday, October 26, 2026: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
4. Day 4, Tuesday, October 27, 2026: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
5. Day 5, Wednesday, October 28, 2026: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
6. Day 6, Thursday, October 29, 2026: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
7. Day 7, Friday, October 30, 2026: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
8. Day 8, Saturday, October 31, 2026: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
9. Day 9, Sunday, November 1, 2026: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

On Election Day, November 3, 2026, at 8:00 p.m., the Early Voting precincts will be closed and totals tallied. This will take place at the Lenawee County Election Department, 113 W. Front St., Adrian, MI 49221.

On Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., the Lenawee County Board of Canvassers will begin certification of the November 3, 2026, General Election. This will take place at the Adrian Armory, Lower Level, 

230 W. Maumee St., Adrian, MI. Continuing daily until complete.

Adrian Charter Township needs more election inspectors (i.e. poll workers) for Election Day - November 3, 2026

Election inspectors, i.e. poll workers, are hired, paid, and trained local government workers who assist with running local elections in compliance with Michigan Election Law. Each county, city, and township in Michigan hires and pays election inspectors for the early voting period and on Election Day.

Election inspectors may be assigned different responsibilities.
